What is it?
Lysine Cold Sore Complex is formulated to support the bodies immune system, to help prevent cold sores cause by the HSV1 and HSV2 herpes virus.
Whats the dose?
You should take 1 capsule daily as an ongoing course prevent outbreaks. If you have not noticed any reduction in outbreaks you can safely increase your dose to an ongoing treatment of up to 3 pills daily. During an outbreak you should take up to 8 capsules throughout the day for upto 3 days.
